What we have here is the first batch of official images of the all-new, 991-generation, Porsche 911 GT3, revealed in advance of the car's world premiere at 83rd Geneva International Auto Showin Switzerland this Tuesday. We're still lacking official details, but from whatwe've heard, the new 911 GT3 will feature a high-revving normally aspirated flat six with a displacement of 3.8-liters producing around 450-horses (about 50hp more than the new 911 Carrera S) connected for the first time toPorsche's dual-clutch PDK transmission, instead of a manual gearbox (though, it could be offered as an option).
The most focused 991 model yet, sports a new exterior bodykit with a lowered front bumper featuring a lip spoiler that wraps up to the wheel arches, different mirrors and headlamps, side skirts, a bespoke rear bumper with a diffuser and central exhaust pipes, plus a rear wing and its own alloy wheels.
The interior of the GT3 is dressed in a combination of black leather and Alcantara surfaces accented with red stitching.
Stay tuned, as we'll update this post as soon as we get an official word from Porsche.

The next big event on our motor show calendar is the New York International Auto Show at the end of March, where Hyundai will put on display its refreshed 2014 Equus flagship sedan.Playing the mystery card, the South Korean automaker released a darkened teaser image accompanied by a short statement in which it says the 2014 Equus will include "more than 30 new and enhanced features", with improvements to the exterior and interior styling, ride, handling and vehicle control dynamics, interior material quality, driver technology displays and advanced safety features.
Now, if you're wondering what the 2014 Equus will look like, we have you covered as Hyundai introduced the South Korean domestic market version of the updated car back in December.

2014 Toyota Highlander Sneak Peek Ahead of New York Auto Show

After telling us that it will stage the world debut of the new generation Highlander at the 2013 New York International Auto Show on March 27, Toyota has now issued the first teaser of its three-row crossover.
The single cropped image suggests the 2014 Highlander will gain a boxier-looking front end with a squared grille featuring chrome elements, and headlamps that stretch back over the wheel arches.
Toyota remains tight-lipped about the new Highlander, but it will likely continue to be based on the Camry platform offering a similar mix of regular four-cylinder and V6 gasoline models, plus a hybrid variant. Sales of the new model should start later this year, with a precise date to be announced in New York.
