After receiving our first taste of the new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible on Sunday with two photos of the car's 3/4 profile with and without the top down, General Motors today granted us three more images, this time of the soft-top model's rear end and the two-seat interior.From what we can tell, it's the same Z51-package equipped model featuring added parts like the rear spoiler and the vented hood. The car displayed here sports a two-tone interior with a matching color ragtop.
The Detroit carmaker is being shy about the details, though, it's a given that it will be offered with the same powertrain options as the coupe, including the base 6.2-liter V8 engine pushing out 450-horses and 450 lb-ft (610 Nm) of peak torque towards the rear wheels via either a 7-speed manual gearbox or an automatic transmission.
We'll have more pictures and information on the convertible Stingray tomorrow following its world premiere at the Geneva International Motor Show.

While we're waiting for Lamborghini to get us up to date on the new Veneno, we discovered a fresh set of high-resolution images of the limited run supercar, including the first photos of the interior.Designed to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th birthday, the Veneno is an Aventador LP700-4spin-off featuring a completely different body and a redesigned interior with the same racecar-like feel of the exterior.
Power for the new Lamborghini comes from a massaged version of the Aventador's 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 rated for 740hp instead of 700-horses, with the Italians quoting a top speed of 220mph (354km/h).
Besides the Geneva Motor Show prototype pictured here, Lamborghini will manufacture three production models, each one finished in a color of the Italian flag (green, white and red) and priced at £3.1 million (equal to US$4.7 million or €3.6 million). All three production cars have already been spoken for.

It's been a long time since we last saw an international auto show with so many interesting sports car premieres as the 2013 edition of the Geneva Auto Salon, ranging from the poor man's Ferrari, the mid-engine Alfa Romeo 4C, all the way up to the super rich man's real LaFerrari, and everything else in between.Now, we could go on and on about the other world premieres that took place in the land of skiing, chocolate and cuckoo clocks, but let's be frank here; that's neither the reason why we're posting this piece nor why you are getting ready to click through the jump.
So, without further ado, we present to you an image gallery with more than 60 photos of the beautiful professional models that gave the Swiss show that extra sparkle during the press days that ended this past Thursday.
